HAPPY NEW YEAR FOR OSC!

posted Dec 31, 2018, 10:10 AM by Kathy Scheel
I went to the Straight No Chaser concert last night and came away with some fresh ideas and reminders of how to entertain an audience.  The three main elements are:
  • Energy - sense of humor, showing our fun personality
  • Staging - not standing in one place, using the entire stage, interesting lighting and backgrounds
  • Quality - excellent singing, tuning, precision
Their concert inspired me and these things will be my personal driving factors for the coming year as we embark on our chorus plans.  Here is a brief overview of the first three months, so you can be sure these dates are on your personal and home calendars (so the family knows).
