Finance updates

Hello one and all, 
No word yet on new retreat cost.  A bit of a financial sigh of relief, as the retreat is in April, we will not bill it until April 2014.  So what that means is that the retreat doesn't have to be paid off prior to contest.  Standing rules stipulate competing members must be current prior to contest which for our purposes is March 31, 2014..  Once Lori tells me what amount to bill, you will be billed. 
 
I have sent out some reminders to those of you who are a bit tardy requesting immediate payments.  Seriously, it jeopardizes our contest eligibility. 
 
For those of you who do auto dues payments to my residence.  Please prepare to stop those deposits.  I am NOT going to be on the team after 4-30-2014 and don't want to be responsible for all the checks that currently come to my inbox.  Again, please start cancelling all of your auto dues payments.  Once there is a new Finance coordinator, they can provide you with the correct information.
